Large Size Women’s Clothing – Plus Size Clothes

Okay. So for halloween this year i wanna spend as little money as possible because with the economy and everything that is happening i don't want to spend/have my parents spend unnecessary money on an outfit i'd only wear once. I am 15 and was thinking to put together things i have and make my own costume, I know halloween is in like 6 weeks but i like to plan things early:)

Anyway I was thinking of being like one of those female rockers from the past and dress rocker chic

I have two ideas

a.) i have black skinny jeans with

b.) tights/fishnets
with either a black or red petticoat (i used both in the past=)

If someone could help me out I'd really appreciate it, I'm wanting to know if there is a plus size section in Old Navy, In downtown Chicago area. Ive been there once but cant remember if there is one there I'm wanting to buy a nice outfit for my girlfriend there and shes on the heavy side. And need to know if they have a plus size section... Or if there like everywhere else you have to go online to order plus size exclusively online.

I'm a girl & i'm usually a medium in womens clothes. But i want to buy some merchandise off the internet and was wondering which size was smaller. Girls large or Small?
I'm not sure what small means, but i'm pretty sure since it doesn't say girls small that its men's size's.
Anyone know which would be smaller?

There's no size chart,
& even if i do post the link you won't be able to see the tshirts, becasue it's this random mystery box of goodies.
So they'll just give me any shirt.

I recently saw a commercial for it on television. I believe they are a high end store that sells suits and dress clothes. Please help.

i, unfortunately, am just on the line at being plus size.. i have an interview coming up with a fashion designer. i need something that will make a great first impression. i prefer urban. it doesnt have to be a suit or formal. just something up to date in fashion. i also am short on money, so it needs to be pretty cheap too. i like shopping online so give me your best! thanx!
